Kirk's communication and responsiveness with us were awesome. He was fast and courteous via email and phone, including on weekends and evenings. We are also very happy with the terms of our loan, and we did get to closing on time. Unfortunately, issues arose with timely follow-up when necessary information (appraisal, closing costs) did not show up when expected. More proactive follow-up would have uncovered the reasons why communication had not occurred or was missed, resulting in a smoother experience. This may not be on Kirk's shoulders but may instead be due to another colleague or systems/processes that don't work as well as they could.
