Jay Ghai was outstanding from start to finish on our Dix Hills purchase. We bought new construction, which comes with its own set of headaches (builder timelines, inspections, upgrades, endless back-and-forth), and Jay handled all of it with calm, sharp professionalism. He knows the Dix Hills market inside and out, gave us straight answers instead of sales talk, and always had our interests front and center during negotiations. With my schedule, I needed someone who could keep things moving without constant hand-holding, and Jay delivered. He was responsive, organized, and stayed on top of every detail through closing. If you’re buying or selling on Long Island, especially in Dix Hills, I’d recommend Jay without hesitation.
