Local mortgage lender Patrick Holland is a nationally recognized Mortgage Originator and top producer for Embrace Home Loans. Licensed in Virginia, Maryland, and DC, his passion is to help people live the life of their dreams. He does that through helping homebuyers with their financing or existing mortgage holders with refinancing their loans. “When a client commits to us, it is a sign of trust that my team takes seriously. This foundation based on trust and loyalty has been instilled with Patrick throughout his life. The son of a naval officer and elementary school teacher, the he learned the importance of honesty, integrity, and treating others with respect.

He has been the top producing loan officer at Embrace and was featured on the cover of Top Agent Magazine in August, 2015.

Their office utilizes easy electronic signature documents, secure document transfer, and individual websites for security, resulting in loans taking only weeks to process and close, rather than months.
But just because the technology changes and processes change, doesn’t mean his core values do.
