Gil Lunsford

The numbers prior to joining Embrace Home Loans are certainly impressive–over $400 million in loans originated, 22 years in the mortgage banking industry, 10 years with Mason Dixon Funding where he oversaw more than $1.5 billion in loans. Yet what has made Gil such a tremendous success in his career stems not just from figures, but from how he treats both his customers and those loan officers he manages. Both groups are afforded the utmost respect, earning him their appreciation and their loyalty, which in the case of the clients has resulted in a large base of repeat customers.

A lover of horses and an avid big game hunter, Gil and his wife are building their dream house on his family’s farm in Highland County, VA. Born in Waynesboro, VA, he lived much of his childhood in Falls Church, VA and graduated from Emory & Henry College with a B.A. in Business and Economics.
